PREPARATORY STAGE
Working with information: Interviewing the customer representatives regarding the problems that have to be solved upon audit and collecting documents. Analyzing the completeness of findings.
PERFORMING THE AUDIT
Studying the company’s business and production processes. Analyzing the benchmarks of the leading companies in a similar area of activities.
REPORTING
Creating the summary documentation: A list of recommendations for the company to enter into its target state (long-list), a roadmap containing the specific steps aimed at meeting the goals, and a technical & commercial proposal aimed at implementing information technologies.
